Refund Guarantee & Time Frame

  • We offer a 30-day guarantee on most of our hosting services and related products.

  • To be eligible, you must request the refund within 30 days of the transaction date.

  • After 30 days, refunds may not be available and will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.

What Services Are Refundable

Under the standard terms, the following services may be refunded if the request is submitted within the 30-day window:

  • Web hosting plans (shared, cloud, etc.)

  • SSL certificates

  • Email services (if provided by us)

  • Add-on services included in your package (depending on the terms)

We will clearly mention whether a service is eligible for refund at the time you purchase it.

Services & Items Not Eligible for Refund

Some services are non-refundable or have special refund rules. These include:

  • Domain name renewals

  • Domain transfers (once successful)

  • Domain registrations for many country-specific extensions

  • Redemption fees or backorder fees

  • Paid support or custom development services

  • Services already rendered or consumed

  • Products paid using cryptocurrencies, tokens, or other irreversible methods

If a promotional deal includes a "free domain" as part of your package, the cost of that free domain may be deducted from your refund, unless local rules require otherwise.

Special Cases & Conditions

  • Domain registrations: For many general TLDs, you may request a refund within 96 hours (4 days) after registration.

  • Unsuccessful domain transfers: Refundable only if the transfer fails and the refund is requested within 30 days.

  • VPS or upgraded services: These may have additional rules, such as limited refund windows or conditions for upgrades.

  • Abuse or policy violations: Refunds will be denied if you violate our Terms of Service (for example, using the service for spam, illegal content, or abuse).

We reserve the right to refuse refunds in these cases.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, follow these steps:

  1. Log in to your Host Nimble account and go to your billing/invoice area.

  2. Select the invoice you want refunded (if within 30 days and eligible).

  3. Click “Request Refund” (or similar) and confirm your request.

  4. Acknowledge that your service will be canceled and that data (files, databases, emails) may be lost.

  5. Choose whether you want the refund to go to the original payment method or to your Host Nimble account credit (if we support that).

  6. Submit your request.

Once processed, you’ll receive a confirmation by email.

Data & Services upon Refund

  • Once refund is processed, the associated services will be terminated immediately.

  • You should download and backup all your content before requesting a refund — after refund, your files, databases, emails, and settings may be permanently deleted.

  • We are not responsible for recovering data after cancellation.

Refund Processing Time

Refunds are not instantaneous — they depend on your payment method and other factors:

  • Our billing team typically processes refunds within 48 hours of request.

  • After that, banks or payment processors may take 2 to 15 business days to complete the transfer, depending on the method (credit card, PayPal, bank transfer, etc.).

  • If there is missing information or issues with your payment, the refund may be delayed.

Partial Refunds & Deductions

In some cases, a partial refund may apply:

  • If part of your service has been used or consumed

  • If non-refundable components (domain, license, third-party fees) are included

  • If your plan was upgraded or downgraded mid-term

We will explain any deductions when we process the refund.

Chargebacks & Disputes

  • If a chargeback or payment dispute is filed with your bank or card issuer, this will be considered a breach of payment obligations.

  • We may suspend or terminate your account, block further purchases, and pursue legal remedies to recover owed amounts.

  • To avoid issues, please contact us first to resolve payment or refund problems.

Policy Changes & Updates

We may change this Refund Policy from time to time. The latest version will always be published on our website. Significant changes will be highlighted or notified to you. Your continued use after changes indicates acceptance of the new policy.
