Scope of This Policy

Because our primary services (hosting, domains, SSL, digital products) are delivered digitally, this policy mostly applies to digital delivery — no physical shipping is involved.

If we ever sell physical goods (e.g hardware, branded merchandise), those will be covered under a physical shipping variant of this policy, and this section will apply to those orders.
Digital Delivery
When you purchase any digital product or service from Host Nimble:

Immediately (or within a short time) after payment is confirmed, you will receive access credentials, license keys, or account setup details via email.

Invoices, order confirmations, and receipts will also be sent to your registered email.

Delivery is considered complete the moment you receive the access, key, or email confirmation — we don’t “ship” a physical item.

If you do not receive the email within a reasonable time (e.g. 10–30 minutes), check your spam or junk folder. If still missing, contact our support.
Physical Shipping (If & When Applicable)
If we supply any physical products, the following rules apply for those items:
Order Processing & Handling Time

After we confirm your order and payment, we will process and prepare your item(s) for shipment. Typical processing time is 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

During peak seasons or stock shortages, processing may take longer. We’ll notify you if there is any delay.
Shipping Methods & Carriers

We use reputable courier services (local and international) based on your location and selected shipping option.

Shipping options may include: Standard, Express, Air Freight, or Courier.

The available methods and costs will be shown at checkout (if applicable).
Shipping Costs & Rates

Shipping cost is calculated based on weight, dimensions, destination, and chosen shipping method.

We may offer free shipping for orders above a certain threshold (if applicable).

Any import duties, customs fees, or taxes that are levied by your country are your responsibility and are not included in the shipping cost we show (unless we explicitly say otherwise).
Delivery Time Estimates

Once shipped, the delivery time depends on your region and the chosen service.

For example, standard delivery within the same country might take 2–7 business days, and international shipping could take 7–21 days (or more, depending on location and customs).

These are estimates only — we are not responsible for delays due to customs, natural events, strikes, carrier issues, or force majeure circumstances.
Tracking & Notifications

After shipment, you will receive an email containing the tracking number, courier name, and estimated delivery date.

You may use this tracking link to monitor your package’s progress.

If your package is delayed or stuck, contact us and we’ll help coordinate with the courier.
Delivery Failures, Lost or Damaged Packages

If the courier attempts delivery but fails (e.g. wrong address, no recipient), your package may be returned to us. In such cases, you as the customer may be responsible for reshipping charges.

If a package is lost or damaged in transit, report it to us within [14 days] of the estimated delivery date .

We may ask you to provide evidence (photos, courier report) to help with claims.

Upon verification, we may either resend a replacement or issue a refund (subject to our Return & Refund Policy).
Shipping Restrictions & Exclusions

We currently ship (if offering physical items) to most countries, but some regions are excluded (e.g., high-risk or remote areas).

We may refuse to ship to certain addresses (PO Boxes, military addresses, restricted zones) depending on courier limitations.

Some items may be prohibited in your country — be sure to check your local import rules before ordering.
Address & Order Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is correct, complete, and includes all required details (street, unit, postal code, country).

We are not responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect or incomplete addresses you provide.

If you realize there is an error in your address after placing the order, contact us immediately to correct it. We’ll try to update it — if it's too late (already shipped), you may need to pay extra for re-shipment or bear the loss.
Customs, Duties & Import Taxes

For international orders, customs duties, import taxes, or other fees (if any) are not included in your shipping costs. These amounts, if applied, will be your responsibility to pay when the package arrives in your country.

If you refuse to accept the package due to customs fees, you may lose eligibility for a refund (or only a partial refund) because the item may have already left our warehouse and incurred costs.

All shipping is subject to availability, and we reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders if items go out of stock, or shipping becomes impossible or illegally restricted.
